Kuvera feedback specially Customer care

Hi, does anyone here has Kuvera account for Mutual funds.

I opened as loved the idea of family account,

However customer support seems pretty bad it reverts that within 1 day you’ll get reply which I haven’t got yet

That's a really bad customer experience in itself. I know it's not our duty as customer to follow up. But did you try it again?

Last time i responded on twitter and got instant reply…. But now i am dual minded to keep account with them or not
