Email hdfc bank to make your hdfc neu card as ltf, they will ask you for screenshot of app where it's mentioned that you will get this card as ltf, since you didn't get such offer so google the screenshot of such offer where you can see ltf is mentioned. Attach that screenshot and mail them, thats how i get this card as ltf.
