Tata neu Hdfc infinite credit is best as of today in this segment providing around ~1.5% return.
And on the credit card bill payment you will get again 1%.

Tata Neu HDFC Infinity and Plus and Axis Kiwi Credi Card. Both cards give handsome amount of rewards on UPI transactions. Infinity gives 1.5% and Plus 1% and Kiwi gives upto 2%.

Are you sure kiwi is giving 2%? because I called axis bank customer care they told be it gives 2 reward points on Rs 200 spend and 1 Reward point = INR 0.2 which makes it 0.2% and not 2% @theramiz

It used to be like Axis 1% and KIWI app 1% but that stopped a couple of months after that started and axis even stopping issuing new kiwi cards.
and Kiwi just recently said it will be launching rupay card with kotak
