Loan Protector against Personal Loan

Dear all,

Please understand my situation & help me if possible. I am feeling that I am in debt trap, because of unable to EMI repayment of my personal loan of kotak bank. I have paid some little amount of money during loan sanctioning as insurance cost and apart from this I have Aditya Birla health insurance (intermediary is Axis Bank) as loan Protector coverage also, therefore I want to know the process of availing this benefit of loan Protector.

Loan Protector is a Life Insurance product that will cover the loan only in case of death
