Loans paid but account not closed in Cibil

Hii,
I have taken a personal loan from Sayyam Investments Pvt Ltd and have repaid all the loans emi without any delay, it has been already 15 days passed all the loan emi was cleared but not yet updated in the Cibil records. Additionally the loan account is still not closed in the Cibil records..i have also filed a complaint in Rbi obdusman. Please guide me what should I do further.

It takes time to report to CIBIL. Get No Due Certificate from the financial institution. The loan will get closed automatically in a month. No need to file complaint to RBIO.
