Made payment on a website for an order and cancelled but didn't get refund

मैंने दिनांक 06-12-2024 को ***********.93mobiles.com पर एक मोबाइल ऑर्डर नंबर #39207 से किया और इसकी पूरी कीमत ₹12599.10 का भुगतान मेरे क्रेडिट कार्ड से Transaction Number 10366442880 द्वारा किया। परन्तु मैंने दिनांक 07- 12- 2024 को ये ऑर्डर कैंसल कर दिया।अब इस वेबसाइट पर मेरी संपूर्ण राशि Refunded बताया जा रहा है। परन्तु मेरे क्रेडिट कार्ड में अभी तक मुझे कोई Refund प्राप्त नहीं हुआ है।
मैंने वेबसाइट पर दिए गए Customer Care Number 091347 05652 पर सम्पर्क करने का प्रयास किया परन्तु वो फोन नहीं उठा रहे हैं। मैंने उनके दिए गए Email Address support@93mobiles.cominfo@93mobiles.com पर मेल भी भेजा किन्तु Mail Undelivered हो गया।
इस प्रकरण में मैंने दिनांक 12-12-2024 को cybercrime.gov.in पर Acknowledgement No. :22712240052793 से शिकायत दर्ज करवाई है।

I recently made a payment on a website to place an order, but later decided to cancel it. While the cancellation process went through, I have not received my refund yet. It has been quite frustrating as I was expecting the amount to be credited back within the promised timeframe. I would really appreciate it if the concerned team could look into this issue and process my refund at the earliest.

Reach out to banks grievance cell.
Or if it is already more than 30 days and you have all the proofs that you were promised but did not get the money back in that timeframe, then complain to RBI ombudsman.

Not sure which concerned team you are asking here.
