How do we get the free BookMyShow tickets, do they send some coupon or can we directly apply it in BMS?

Directly on BMS. On payment window on BMS click on Coupons/Offers option. Type SBI Elite in search option and it will show the correct offer, apply it and max of Rs 250 per ticket (on exact 2) will be reduced from total price, then pay using your SBI Elite card.
