Millenia ltf offered by agent

Today i received a call from hdfc agent she offered me millenia ltf credit card and i am ok with it after that she applied for this and i received sms&email with link from hdfc official sources but when i open that link it shows joining and renewal fees but when i ask agent she told we can send you a mail that claims the card offered is lifetime free from our official email handle and after that she does as well. But i am still in doubt should i confirm that application or reject it

Go for the it.
Once you receive the card, call customer care and confirm if is LTF or not.
If by chance it is chargeable then cancel the card.
