My axis Bank credit card application got rejected, should I apply for another bank credit card?

Recently I had applied for axis Bank credit card from Paytm, but I got rejected by the bank, should I apply for another bank credit card and how many credit card I can apply my cibil score is 747, I have 3 credit cards Paytm HDFC, One Card by BOB, IDFC millenium

Paytm is showing me axis neo and axis indianoil credit card should I apply any of them

dont apply axis neo and axis indian oil if you want rupay card since you have paytm hdfc you can apply tata neu card it will be approved if you dont need dont apply till your cibil reach 770
