My credit score dropped from 810 to 791 without any reason. How do I find out why there is a drop in my score, and how can I improve it? I do not have any late payments, and also my EMI's are paid on time. My credit utilisation is below 15%.

That's a very strange case. I would recommend you to get proper report from CIBIL & experian website. It's free for once in a year. In that report, you might find out about the reason of decline in CIBIL score

810 means you are new one since you credit age is low it will decrease more until 770 or 750 and then it stabilized then score will increase based on your repayment history

No I am not new by I have a good credit repayment history for the last 10 years. Plus, I have had a home loan and auto loan for the last 16 months. I do not think that could be the reason. My score has been above 800 from 2022..

You can use onescore app to check your experian and cibil score with all the factors affecting your score and why there is a decline.
You can download the app and check your scores.
Drop a message if you are not able to understand anything.
I should try this app and check. Thanks for the suggestion. I downloaded and checked the score; it is the same: 791. There are no red flags. Also, the Cibil score and Experian scores are different. It also says everything is good and overall utilisation of cards is at 8.3% only. But when I checked my score on the Cred app, what it shows there is different from the one shown on Onescore. So now I don't know which score I should consider. How and where on the app can I check the Impact of it.

OK...Hold on
Every app shows the scores from different bureaus, CIBIL or Experian or CRIF or Equifax.
Mainly banks consider CIBIL score and it widely used but for some banks or in some cases your Experian score can be used.
Experian is usually more than CIBIL as it has some extra factor to calculate credit score.
Yes Cred is neither showing you CIBIL nor Experian.
To know your score from every bureau, try paisabazaar, it shows the credit score from all 4 bureaus.

It seems one of the hard inquiry made this, exactly same happened with me. Amex people met in DLF mall and they force apply for their card, their card got declined and when I check CIBIL it was dipped to 791. I have CIBIL yearly subscription.

even I had checked mine on Cred and it showed me 679. However today I checked on the OneScore App it showed me 785. Is there a way though to check the Credit Utilization for each card via any app or we have to calculate each individually??

Cred and Onescore will have different scores always because they are using different bureaus to fetch the score...
For credit utilization on every card, you can check onescore insights.
