Need Help Submitting Documents for HSBC Visa Platinum Credit Card Reprocessing

I received an email from HSBC regarding my Visa Platinum Credit Card application. It was rejected due to insufficient/inadequate documentation. They mentioned that the application could be reprocessed if I provided the required documents.

Could someone please guide me on how to proceed with submitting the documents?

I would recommend to provide latest
1. 3 months bank statement showing salary credit
2. 3 months salary slip
3. Ask them what else they need

But where to submit all these? dropped an email to cardsupport@hsbc.co.in and complaints.india@hsbc.co.in but not getting any response

Get call centre number from their site and call them to clarify.

unable to speak with customer executive. first they ask to enter DOB. then mobile number. and then said we didn't find any form

also recently i received another email with the same message of rejected application but with the different application number

i have escalated this to higher authority. they said your office is in mumbai. and your current address is not in mumbai. basically i am temporary working from home. i tried a lot. they said you need to re apply with the current address as mumbai only. your current application can't be reprocessed.

So... Are you applying now, after 60 days or not at all??

no. i will escalate this to higher authority to approve it. don't want to re-apply again there will be a CIBIL inquiry just because of location issue.
