NIFT Fee Payment through Credit Card

First round of counselling for NIFT admission completed. Tosese alloted seats have to pay 1.8L fee online.

Can any expert confirm which card would fetch rewards out of the following that I have:
1. HDFC Infinia
2. SBI Air India Signature
3. SBI Club Vistara Prime
4. IDFC Wealth
5. Amex Platinum Travel (I think this card network is not available in payment gateway

Thanks in advance. Please also clarify its MCC if it is under Edn Fee Payment or under Government Payment.
