No more Payzapp wallet load with CC

Received this notification from HDFC yesterday. Essentially they have killed Wallet loads with CC.

I was using Millenia CC for Payzapp Wallet load and then make payments from wallet for some payments.

Kindly share if any platform is not charging wallet load fees. Also

Looks like over a period either every transaction through CC doesn't earn reward points or is chargeable. Superfast devaluations across all CC.
