Either go for
Standard Chartered Smart Credit Card : 2% on all spends including Insurance payments
or
HDFC Tata Neu Infinity Credit Card : 5% (as Neu coins which can be redeemed at Tata brands), when you pay via Tata Neu App

Or buy Amazon Gift card from Amazon app or Tata Neu app using SBI cashback card. You will get 5% cashback on that. Use this gift card to add in Amazon Pay then pay insurance from Amazon app...effectively 5% cashback

Yes thats a good suggestion, but make sure your insurance partner/company is listed on amazon pay.
No cashback on insurance payment if paid directly from SBI Cashback card

Purchase Amazon gift card from smartbuy through any hdfc card 5% cashback but gift card purchase charges approx 3% overall 2% cashback
I think payzapp doesn't have amazon pay gift card now... It only offers amazon shopping voucher

if you have SBI cashback then nothing is better than that.

Gift card available also Amazon shopping voucher available but you should purchase only Amazon gift card to add in Amazon pay balance Amazon gift card charges apply but shopping voucher doesn't have any charge
