One card service unavailable issue

Hello guys
I had pre approved offer of one card on one score app... I finished application and video kyc also done...I got a message that your Virtual One Card is ready to activate But I'm not able to do it if I press on and get your one card ... service unavailable is coming Is this the app issue
Will it resolve automatically and should I keep trying ??

I Face Similar Issue Every day with the App. One Solution told to me by customer Support is , Shut off the Wi-fi and use only mobile Data.

I tried from 2 days same issue ...I also Uninstalled and installed again ...it's coming Service unavailable again ...
What to do ??/

It seems like a technical issue with the OneCard app. The “service unavailable” message may occur due to server problems or app maintenance. This is usually temporary and should resolve automatically. I suggest waiting for a few hours and trying again. You can also clear the app cache or reinstall the app to see if that helps.

If the issue persists, contacting OneCard customer support for assistance would be a good option.
