Recently I have received one card pre approved offer of 60k limit from one score app.
I have applied for it as a student
After that video kyc process started
Video kyc has completed at 1st attempt but agent is telling my video kyc has completed but after completion in app they are showing due to connectivity issue try again.
I tried to do kyc once again through the apk but same the agent to wait for 2 hrs
After 2hrs .
I logon the apk but they are saying try again vkyc
I have completed same vkyc process 2 time
Same issue occurred
Then I scheduled my appointment of vkyc
During schedule they are showing
IN PROCESS
I waited for almost 24 hrs what to do now
