Payment debit but not credited into merchant

I link my idfc bank account with jupiter and pay my credit card bill on 30th nov but money debited from my bank account but not credited to credit card and not come back to my bank account or credit card what is the solution I contact to bank told to me we raise complaint about this payment but it's take time 37 working days and credit card charges me the intrest what can I do anyone help thanks

It has taken a lot of time for the complaint to be resolved. You should complaint to RBI about it. You might not be compensated about the interest charged. So, recommend to pay the credit card bill, not to pay any charges more.

RBI ombudsman is a platform where you can complaint online. But first you have to decide against which financial entity, you are going to complaint like Jupiter or credit card bank

Your payment should have auto reverse by T+5 working days. If refund not received you can get 100rs/day compensation as per RBI circular
"Harmonisation of Turn Around Time (TAT) and customer compensation for
failed transactions using authorised Payment Systems".

You should complaint on RBI ombudsman
