Paytm Money IR Revoked and KYC Issue

I am facing issue with Paytm Money. My mom actually didn't complete her KYC which caused her IR Revoked at Paytm Money. Now while completing KYC the App is stuck as shown in the attached file. I have created a ticket at Paytm end but there is no response on this matter.

Question 1: is there a way to solve this issue?
Question 2: Should I approach SEBI or any other regulatory to solve this issue?

Yes, they are working on it, but till now no solutions.

Because of this, I am not able to sell the units of Mutual Fund. Is there any regulatory that I can approach? or any other way to sell these units?

yeah download groww and you can import external mutual funds into it and can sell it from there, paytm doesn't have anything to do with your mutual funds, so don't worry at all

Is there any other platform? I'm using 5Paisa. Can I add MF holdings in 5paisa?
