PAYTM PAYMENTS BANK NOT ABLE TO OPEN ACCOUNT

i am not able to open a paytmpayments bank account , i checked on google its under a audit of RBI, is it true ?
Is this bank safe or not

I closed my paytm bank account last week. I used this from last 6 years. Services are very good for short investment. But it is not good for long time & for high investment. Share prices are also a concern. PPBL have very limited branches. Good for small transactions e.g., daily needs.
