Here’s how you can close:
Closing Your Paytm Account:
Step 1: Log in to your Paytm account using your old phone number.
Step 2: On the home screen, click on the “☰” at the top left corner.
Step 3: Go to 24×7 Help.
Step 4: Navigate to Profile Settings.
Step 5: Select “I need to close/delete my account”.
Step 6: Choose “I don’t use this Paytm account”.
Step 7: Click on “Message us” to raise a request.
Remember that closing your account unlinks your phone number, and the associated login ID and password will no longer be valid. If you have any balance, use it by transacting on any Paytm service or transfer it to another registered Paytm phone number or bank account before closing your account.
