You can raise ticket in the app.
In app go to passbook select the transaction and raise ticket.
Or you can click on your name in payzapp app and then help centre and select the transactions and click on the issue transaction and then select 'Money deducted from my wallet" option and raise ticket

what did u pay for? why surcharge? fuel, rent??

if transaction is not successful then money will refund in 48-72 hrs.. however do check if a utr number was generated.. if yes then it was successful.pls chk with institution you paid.. or raise a dispute with payzapp.. help centre.. choose transaction and raise ticket
