PF withdrawal conditions and process

I want to know conditions and process of PF withdrawal. If anyone could able to provide any information would greatly appreciated.

PF Withdrawal is not recommended but if you need it for specific reasons like Home Buying, Medical expenses, Marriage etc. EPFO allows you to withdraw. The application is completely online and pretty straight forward. Very limited documents are required.
