Please help to find a suitable credit card for offline purposes

Hello Friend,
I have BPCL card and also it has 3755 reward points. kindly share how can I convert for free fuel ?
I have already checked the sbi app there are no vochers for fuel, also discussed the same with customer care as well.

Just pay through points on your fuel purchase at the BPCL petrol station. Sometime they do not have the guy who knows how to use points as payment. If that happen on repeat basis, write a complaint in the compain register (available at all the petrol pump).
