Or m nippon india small cap and motilal oswal midcap m b invest krna chahta hu to kya mujhe krna chaiye..?

Your portfolio is diversified. The change you need is instead of multi cap invest in index funds because already you have invested in flexi cap both works same.
According to me you should not add any other funds. Rest DYOR.
