Pre Approved Offer or Fraud

For last 2-3 days I've been getting these calls from IDFC Bank and HDFC Bank Credit cards(as per Truecaller). Airtel is marking it as spam.

After so many calls I picked up one from
Truecaller Name: IDFC Bank Credit Card
Number: 080 3712 6028

When I picked the call it was a recorded message "You are pre-approved for IDFC Bank's <Some card name I forgot>. Press 1 to apply".

When I didn't give any input. The call disconnected automatically.

You can check HDFC pre-approved offers on xpressway website and for idfc you can check your phone banking or netbanking.

Most of them are credit card selling agents.
Bank hardly gives someone a call for such offers unless you are their existing customer.
Not all are fraud but need to be carefull
