Purchase myntra gift card but didn't get it

Hello guys,
At 15 april I purchased Myntra gift card from my IDFC wow credit card and but I didn't receive gift card on my email or on my number generally I get it within two or three minutes but this time I didn't get it. I sent mail to IDFC bank even I tried to call customer care but not able to talk with them, bank is little far away from my home is there any other way to get gift card or refund

U purchased myntra GC using RPs or u purchased on different platform using CC.

You should able to talk with coustomer care by the way you bought myntra gift card but from where not mentioned you only told that using idfc credit card
