Hey, This side Manish Jaiswal. I am new in community. I wanted to share my case with you. In my case I had an Amazon Account with active Amazon Pay Later with Rs. 50k active limit. This account had double security i.e. my password with 2 step verification enabled. Suddenly when I tried to open my account on 08 July 2025, it told that my mobile no. is new to amazon and email had a new account in amazon with name 'manish' instead of 'Manish Jaiswal'. I tried to call Amazon India instantly, it was late night of 08 March 2025, call didn't reached. From next morning i.e. 09 July 2025, I have been sending mails on mails multiple times to Amazon Grievance Officer, Nodal Officer, their lending partners and all the other authorities at all. But Amazon has till now not taken any immediate action at all. I have also called them since 09 July 2025 multiple times but they only assured me of action but didn't do anything to safe guard my account and as well as my credit and credit score. I wanted to know what next? what if fraudster used my credit due to amazon and their relatives lethargy, will they still decrease my credit score & if so then what should I do? As I have formally complained them through email to their all grievance teams instantly and even many followup emails too.
