RBI ombudsman cheated with me.

I have a complaint about the SBI CC which created emi of different amount and the customer service provided me the false information for more than 4 month. I got fined every time in my cc. I complaint to RBI and the RBI closed my ticket and the just after I got call from the SBI CC nodal officer and they solve that problem.
One thing is I got harassed for 4 month and I demanded compensation for this. But the SBI and RBI ignored me.
What should I do now?
Either demand compensation or leave?

if issue solved good. if you need compensation check rbi & sbicard service & compensation guidelines if any. max resolution time can be 90 to 120 days from complaint registered below 120 days you wont get anything
