I am unable to make the payment RBL credit card, I am going for settlement, i have received settlement letter with 2 installment, i paid 1st installment, 2nd installment is due, I call to the customer care for settlement extension, they if the settlement is broken you can go for resettlement option, collection team team call to i am ignore that calls, one person sent the message "waste prostituted son i know" how can I resolve the issue, I have shared mail to RBL Bank CEO also. Kindly help on this
