Reapply for a closed credit card

I recently closed my Flipkart Axis cc. If I want to apply for it in the near future again, can I re-apply ? If yes, then after how much time?

(Is it same for other banks too?)

Some banks do not offer, I had a similar experience with Axis where the bank said that it's a duplicate application. I did not follow through, so there might be a way to still get it if you speak to the credit card department.

I think it differs from bank to bank. The cooling period for Axis bank I believe is about 3 months or so not too sure. I had a similar situation with my Axis flipkart card which was a FYF card and I closed after one year and I reapplied the same after 6 months or so when there was an offer on it as LTF and I got it.
