Regarding milestones benefit on SBI cards through government transaction

Hello everyone.
I want to know that whether government transaction done through SBI AIR INDIA SIGNATURE card is counted as milestone benefit. It is clearly mentioned by SBI that government transaction will not fetch any reward point; but just wanted to know about the milestone benefits.
