SBI Account Frozen or Blocked

While making UPI payments it says,
PayTM/PhonePe: Your SBI Account is blocked or frozen
GPay: Payment was declined by your bank

I was able to receive UPI payments.
I tried Cash Withdrawal and Deposit from SBI ATM it worked.

Does anyone have any idea?

Please restart your phone and try to re-register your registered number with the associated bank.

my UPI debit was disabled somehow, you can enable it from YONO Lite or write an application in an SBI branch.
I called SBI customer care, went to the SBI branch, and found the above solutions.

Branch says I have not any update regarding this I haven't got any mail from department
