I heard that if you try to choose close credit card option in app you will recieve a call from them and they offer LTF but you card can get close do on your risk

Getting SBI to give you LTF card is very difficult.
They don't entertain such requests usually.
But some customers have had the luck of getting the cards as LTF. Depends on how much bank values you as a customer.
As Mr. Santanu mentioned above you can try to call the bank and mention that you don't find the value in this card after paying the annual fees. They might want to retain you and give you LTF offer. But as mentioned it is a 50-50 chance. They could accept your closure request and card will get closed. So depends upon you if you want to take that risk.
