SBI does not provide LTF. Get the card spend well then you can approach sbi card for LTF conversion.

What If I Dont active my Card. ?? After Receiving
After receiving if you do not activate your card, it will deactivated automatically after few days.
Also if your card use and payment are in good manner then you can ask customer care to convert your card LTF. If they deny, ask them to close the card.
This trick helped in my case and I convert my 2 SBI cards LTF.

chance of getting life time free after 2 years is still unpredictable. if you dont activate card by 30 days it will be closed permanently

Can I change it to Bpcl Credit Card? I mean For Upgrade

if you are from metro cities you can take bpcl else try for sbi cashback best card in sbi
As per RBI Norm if not activate within 30 days it will close.
BPCL octane card is more beneficial than BPCL. If you want to upgrade go for this one.
