Only on FD basis i.e. Secured LTF CC, also you've to force the bank executive regarding the same.
In normal conditions, No chance

You can try from the bank to get it LTF last week they said they can get SBI simple save or simple click as LTF in bank for central government employees we haven't enquired much as we were not interested but I guess you can negotiate with them get SBI Cashback card as LTF
