Hi all, I'm trying to login to SI Hub for IndusInd bank cards for modifying / cancelling my mandate. But I'm not able to get past the registration page where I need to enter card details and approve the captcha. I keep getting Internal Server Message. Trying for last few days. Keep getting stuck at this page. Anyone else face this problem? I also noticed that for registration, we have to use Gmail address to get OPT. Any other email we use like Yahoo, Outlook.com, we never receive the OPT.
Update - I reached out to BillDesk by sending an email to pgsupport@billdesk.com and send recording / screenshots and explained the details. It took about 2 weeks of regular follow up and they seemed to have fixed the issue. It is working fine with IDFC First bank credit card. Will try with IndusInd Bank later.
