Stick with Old or Try New?

My first-year bike insurance is about to expire tomorrow. After some research, I found a few insurance companies, such as HDFC Ergo and ICICI, thanks to Bekifaayati. However, I’ve heard it’s better to continue with the same insurance company my bike currently has (Bajaj Bike via Liberty) because it’s easier to claim offline.

I would appreciate some advice, as this is a new experience for me.

The claim process is always a hassle, so it is better to choose the option that is priced lower.

Claim process is always a headache, so select a company that has a lower premium but also see what feature/benefit the policy is offering
