As im student i want all changes minimal like sms ,minimum balance, annual fee for atm card , etc.

2 is a savings account, while 3 is a savings account with auto sweep facility.

"Savings Plus Account is a Savings Bank Account linked to MODS, wherein surplus fund above a threshold limit from the Savings Bank Account is transferred automatically to Term Deposits opened in multiples of Rs. 1000."

Open the basic savings bank deposit account,you would be good to go

All 3 have no minimum balance requirement.

1)Basic Savings Bank Deposit Account

Can be opened only if you don't have any other bank account in SBI or other banks.
Basic RuPay ATM-cum-Debit card will be issued free of cost and no annual maintenance charge will be applied.
No Cheque Book facility available.
No mention about mobile & internet banking in SBI website.
Withdrawals only using withdrawal form at Branches or through ATMs.

2)Savings Bank Account - Recommended

Mobile & Internet banking facility available. No AMC.
Cheque Book facility available. First 10 cheque leaves free in a financial year.
You can cancel the ATM Debit card to avoid the AMC.
Instead use the YONO SBI app to request a Virutal Debit Card (NOT Virtual Card). It has no issuance fee & no AMC.

3)Savings Plus Account - If you need the AutoSweep facility

AutoSweep facility is ideal, if you have excess idle cash. If not breaking the MOD will attract penalties.
