Suggestion to improve the forum

In search bar while typing there should be such system in which it auto gives the recommendation of previously discuss topic or thread which help the community member to continue the thread with Older one for proper tracking the same topic

We can create a weekly competition where we focus on 1 topic of forem improvement for instance... I do not like the interface of the forum. It is casual so we can make it more interactive and user friendly by giving opportunity to members of community or launched a unpaid internship to non joiners who are teck friendly. It will not only improve our forum but also help the other party resume to show some work which is really working......
