If have any process to convert LTF this card

I'm getting this preapproved, I'm telling them I would only take it if it's LTF.
They are saying as I already hold LTF select this can't be given this once as LTF but they would wave it off if I call them during the renewal. And few are saying there is no provision to make that cards LTF.
