Annual fee waiver if you spend at least ₹1.5 lakh in the previous year.
Even if you don't spend 1.5 lakh you get the welcome benefit of Rs 500 on the first fuel transaction of more than 500.

If have any process to convert LTF this card

I'm getting this preapproved, I'm telling them I would only take it if it's LTF.
They are saying as I already hold LTF select this can't be given this once as LTF but they would wave it off if I call them during the renewal. And few are saying there is no provision to make that cards LTF.

Please suggest best Credit Card for Fuel?

My brother has ICICI HPCL Super Saver something but he doesn't receive the Reward Points as mentioned online or on the letter received with Card. Now, he wants to apply for any other Fuel CC.

I guess SBI Octane is a good option
