Suggestions needed for Credit card bill payment in August 2025 using debit cards

Hey guys, I am looking for a better alternative. I was using an SBI virtual card debit card for the credit card bills payment, but now since they are not giving the option to redeem those reward points for paying the credit card bill again, I'm looking for some another alternative.

I was planning to apply for the IDFC debit card, but seeing the current conversations, I am not sure if that option is still working or not. Like using it on PhonePe using the IDFC debit card.

Kindly confirm, is it worth applying for the IDFC debit card now, or is there any alternative for the credit card bill payments to get the rewards?

HDFC Millennia Debit Card: This card provides 2.5% cashback on HDFC BillPay, capped at ₹400 per month. It's suitable if you frequently use HDFC's bill payment portal.

IndusInd Exclusive Debit Card: Offers approximately 0.93% cashback and 3,000 reward points per month, with a cap of ₹1,050 and 3,000 points respectively. These can be redeemed for various rewards.
