My HDFC money back plus card has 1lakh and hdfc UPI card has 1lakh .

Swiggy HDFC card has only Rs 5000

This is just a bank security measure they take before delivering the card in 5 working days; it will match your 1 lakh limit of your other card.

1 lac is not separate it will be combined limit for all the three cards.
5000 is locked in limit for cards issued virtually, until the physical card arrives.
