Tata neu credit card application rejected

I tried to apply tata neu infinity credit card but the Tata neu app is offering me only with tata neu plus option only. My credit score is 795 . Even hdfc card website is also not giving me the infinity option. I can't understand the reason is there any minimum salary requirement for it?

No I don't have . Also I don't have any account with the bank

Tata Neu Infinity HDFC Bank Credit Card Eligibility:

For Salaried Indian national
Age: Min 21 years & Max 60 Years
Net Monthly Income > Rs 1 Lakh

For Self Employed Indian national
Age: Min 21 years & Max 65 Years
ITR > Rs 12 Lakhs per annum
