Requested HDFC Bank CC and appellate authorities too but they are all refusing to provide LTF HDFC Tata Neu Infinity Card. Can someone suggest how you got it as LTF? I have 2L PM salary and have salary account too still HDFC Bank doesn't give this LTF.

Tata neo card is very good 1499 new coin as welcome benefit . Sir when any person will employ of tata then get LTF SOME time ltf offer come when you use any credit card bank check your transaction and other things then provide LTF IN your account thanks sir

I make regular purchases from Tata Neu App mostly Bigbasket, multiple times a month and kept checking the offer available for me. Initially it was showing joining and annual fees, I did not apply. After 2 months it started showing no joining fees but annual fees applicable..I still did not apply as I knew they were giving out LTF as well. After 2 months it showed as LTF and then I applied. So, patience at the time of applying the card also pays. Now, since you already have...use it as your primary card for 11 months or so and then request to convert to LTF. If they do it's great, else you need to see if paying fees is worthwhile for you or not.
