Hi All, just wanted to share my experience here. I recently spoke to a Ditto insurance advisor on WhatsApp, and they told me they couldn't recommend any term insurance policy because I'm a kidney donor.
They mentioned that "based on their past experience with applicants who have donated a kidney, insurers have unfortunately declined such term insurance applications." And they said they wouldn’t be able to proceed with a term plan for my profile.
I wanted to ask—does being a donor really mean I can’t buy a policy at all? And even if I manage to buy one, will it be rejected later?
Would really appreciate any guidance or advice. Thank you
