Unfair Charges on ICICI Coral RuPay Add-On Card – Need Clarification

I applied for an add-on ICICI Coral RuPay card last year by visiting the branch. At that time, the bank staff assured me that the add-on card is lifetime free with no charges. However, in my latest statement, I noticed that fees have been applied to both add-on cards.

What if the bank doesn’t agree that they informed me it was lifetime free? Unfortunately, I don’t have any email or call recordings since I trusted what the bank staff said.

How should I proceed to get these charges reversed? If the bank does not resolve this. what would be the best way to escalate the matter?

Actually at the time you got the add-on it was free, i think from jan they have introduced fees for add-on cards. I'm not sure if you have to pay it as well, if so you must have received some communication regarding change in charges and if you didn't just escalate to bank. If no response from bank then RBI BO.

But these charges will be for new cards right? For already existing card it shouldn't be affected
