Unique needs for my workforce

Considering the unique needs of my workforce, an account that can be easily opened online is crucial. They're unfamiliar(even don't have pan card ,Labourer so, )with the process, so simplicity is key. Additionally, they are from different states and we're aiming to link these accounts to PMJJBY for their insurance coverage. Any insights or recommendations?

You can open account in bank of baroda.Tab banking facility is available and only aadhar otp is required for account opening and as a psu bank pmjjby will also be done without any hassle
