Utility Bill Payments using HDFC Tata Neu Infinity Card

I am trying to pay my society maintenance bill using Rupay Credit card on ADDA app but got the attached error message. Is there any other way to earn
reward points on maintainance payment.Pls note that wallet payments or CC on UPI is not accepted

Ask the merchant to enable credit card payment, but there’s a 100% chance he will not do so as he has to bear merchant fees on credit card payments. One thing you can try is to pay in multiples of ₹2000. Generally, a payment of ₹2000+₹2000 is allowed on a single RuPay credit card within 24 hours, so it would take almost 5 days in your case. You will need to negotiate with your merchant so that nobody has to bear any extra charges.
