Most of the LTF cards may offer some discount however after including the bookmyshow or other platform charges fees it won't work out too great. Some LTF cards like IDFC Wealth provides BOGO offers however the income criteria for this card is quite high. If you fulfill the same, you can try that.

you may get IDFC Select LTF via C2C

for Rupay variant it's difficult right now as RUPAY Still need to capture more market , they are intension is on UPI Network FIRST

You can go with Axis MyZone which is LTF but gives only one ticket free every month.
