What are the necessary conditions to get upgraded from HDFC moneyback plus credit to Millenia?

Hello community!

What are the necessary conditions to get upgraded from HDFC moneyback plus credit to Millenia or some other higher variant. I am holding Moneyback plus and TATA Neu Plus for 2 years, still not received any upgrade offer till date. I tried to apply for Millenia but got rejected.

If your credit limit is over 1Lac you can mail them ask for the upgrade.
